'Let's Figure It Out, Together' campaign reflects on the financial pressures people face.
Cactus, along with production and post partner Futuristic Films, has launched its 'Let’s Figure It Out, Together' advertising campaign for Wings Credit Union across Colorado, Minnesota and Wisconsin. It marks a defining moment for the brand. Following Wings Credit Union’s merger with Ent Credit Union earlier this year, this is the first campaign to introduce the combined organization to members and the market under a single, unified brand promise – Making Progress Personal. The campaign brings that promise to life, positioning Wings as a reliable, trustworthy financial partner.

At the heart of the new campaign is a simple, powerful truth: life is chaotic, and the financial pressure of keeping up can make people feel completely stuck — even when they actively want to make progress. Consumers are dealing with a constant, exhausting internal overload: daily costs, long-term goals, and the overwhelming task of making sense of it all. This campaign is built to make financial momentum feel possible by helping members get unstuck — positioning Wings as a genuine ally, not a cheerleader.
“This work wouldn’t have been possible without a partner like Wings, who trusted us to push toward something deeply honest and human,” said Joe Conrad, CEO of Cactus. “The campaign skips the stock-photography smiles that usually define credit union advertising, and leans into something grittier and more real. It has a quiet confidence, tapping into relatable, real-life consumer tensions about making ends meet, buying that first house and saving for the future.”

“Credit unions are up against national banks that outspend us many times over,” said Amy Nigrelli, chief marketing officer at Wings Credit Union. “What gives us an advantage is real, human connection, and this campaign captures exactly that. Cactus helped us create something that feels true to who we are – a partner that's genuinely invested in helping our members make real progress.”
The Wings campaign is now running across a variety of localized channels, including television, radio, OOH, print, digital, and social media. Assets will remain live through the end of the year.
